It generally takes 5-7 business days for production, and 2-5 days for shipping. Acrylic facemounts may take longer depending on current order volume. If you'd like us to rush your order we can do it for a small fee of $20 on orders less than $100 value, or 20% on all orders over $100. Rush orders will be processed in 2-5 business days depending on the order size.

jpeg or png formats are acceptable using our upload tool (200mb max upload size). 300dpi resolution is preferred for best results. Be sure to save your jpeg files at maximum level quality. It is ideal to save your tiff files at 360dpi. Lightening your image is always a good idea 10-15% as darker images tend to print darker than your screen. The color space should be sRGB, Adobe98, or ProPhoto. Contact us if you'd like to arrange to send us your .tiff files via dropbox or other similar service.  

Our upload tool can currently handle files up to 200mb in size. If you have a larger file we suggest saving it within these parameters, otherwise send us your file via dropbox or similar service.  

Yes, most cameraphones will produce good prints up to at least 24x36 and in many cases even larger. However, it is common for cameras to compress photos to reduce storage in which case they wont be good enough for print. Always ensure you are uploading your original file and not one that has been sent or received as a text message or imessage. We always inspect all submitted files before going to print, so if there is an issue with the quality rest assured we will contact you.

We also offer Net30 to qualifying businesses, however overdue invoices are subject to a 3% interest charge.


We are committed to offering quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may open a claim for us to review within 30 days or receipt. If your claim is approved we will do everything in our power to make it right. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued during this 30 day period, minus a handling fee of 15%.

We hope this does not happen, but if your product arrives damaged we offer an easy photo return process. 

Take a digital photo of your product along with the shipping container it arrived in showing the damage.

send us the photos at (Be sure to include your order number, shipping ID and a brief description of the reason for the return. 

You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed. 

If your photo return is approved you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on your photos. However, if the item is to be picked up in person an exchange of the original is needed for the new one. 

Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not evident in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before we can process the return.

At various times during the year we offer free shipping over $150.  When this is in effect it will override the above.  

When shipping internationally the receiver is responsible for all taxes and duties if applicable.
